4. Attend Discovery Day
To provide you with an even deeper understanding of our business, we invite serious Keyrenter franchise candidates to a Discovery Day session. You’ll have a chance to meet our team, tour one of our offices and visit one of our managed locations. Our goal is to give every Discovery Day participant a “day-in-the-life” experience as a Keyrenter owner.
5. Complete KeyUniversity Training
Before you can officially open your new Keyrenter office, you’ll be invited out to our Salt Lake City, Utah, headquarters for a week of KeyUniversity training. KeyUniversity is a fun but intensive program that teaches you everything you need to know about operating a Keyrenter franchise. You’ll meet other franchisees, learn about our proprietary systems and begin laying the foundation for your business.
6. Launch Your New Business
Following KeyUniversity and the remainder of our online training, you’ll be just about ready to launch your new business! If you are not yet a licensed realtor, you’ll need to complete your state’s certification before you can open your doors. If you are already licensed, you’ll save substantial time and be ready to launch in around four to six weeks. The Keyrenter franchising team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your grand opening goes smoothly.
