With decades of combined experience in both the real estate investment and property management industries, Keyrenter’s leaders are well equipped to provide the solutions and support you need to build your property management empire.
Nate Tew is a graduate of Economics and Business from the University of Utah. As a Co-Founder of Keyrenter Property Management, he has implemented solid business strategies, innovative systems and technologies to help automate the business.
Nate is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), has served two terms on the Utah Chapter Board and continues to seek further designations within the association. He has been a guest speaker for various groups presenting on best business practices and innovation for the property management industry.
Nate is passionate about finding solutions to business challenges and continually improving the public image and perception of property management. He recognizes the importance of relationships and finds great satisfaction in the friendships he has developed with his team of coworkers, property owners and tenants as well as those he and his team have served through Keyrenter Cares.
In his personal life, Nate appreciates books, which help him be a better business leader, friend, husband, and father. His wife and children are his highest priority, and he cherishes each moment with them. Nate is also an avid soccer fan and player and enjoys writing, playing and recording music.
Joseph Brown, Controller
Joseph has a BS in Finance from BYU. Ever since graduating high school he has had a strong passion for investing, and believes that anyone can take charge of their future through proper asset allocation. He helps all new franchisees with their initial bookkeeping needs to ensure they are set up for a very successful future. He manages all of Keyrenter’s financial needs and processes.
Dimitri has a passion for real estate and understands how real estate can create lasting wealth. His work background has been in sales and he is focused on creating genuine relationships with clients to help build a foundation of trust. Dimitri helps potential franchisees navigate the path to small business ownership. He takes Keyrenter candidates through the discovery process to understand what it means to be a part of the Keyrenter family.
Kiou Amini’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management. He has managed and owned restaurants, retail units and Area Franchise licenses in the past. He has a specialty in Franchise Development for the past 20 years. He is very focused on assisting all his candidates to reach their full potential.
Zuri Mora, Recruitment Coordinator
Zuri, mom of two and animal lover, has more than ten years of experience in business management, customer service, and property management. She joined Keyrenter in 2019 and is very excited about joining the Franchise Development Team after working in other departments.
