Nate Tew is a graduate of Economics and Business from the University of Utah. As a Co-Founder of Keyrenter Property Management, he has implemented solid business strategies, innovative systems and technologies to help automate the business.
Nate is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), has served two terms on the Utah Chapter Board and continues to seek further designations within the association. He has been a guest speaker for various groups presenting on best business practices and innovation for the property management industry.
Nate is passionate about finding solutions to business challenges and continually improving the public image and perception of property management. He recognizes the importance of relationships and finds great satisfaction in the friendships he has developed with his team of coworkers, property owners and tenants as well as those he and his team have served through Keyrenter Cares.
In his personal life, Nate appreciates books, which help him be a better business leader, friend, husband, and father. His wife and children are his highest priority, and he cherishes each moment with them. Nate is also an avid soccer fan and player and enjoys writing, playing and recording music.

Sarah is an important team member within the Keyrenter network. She leads several weekly and monthly group coaching sessions, hosts acquisition workshops, works 1:1 with franchise owners and their team, and coaches and provides support for our corporate team. She is an integral part of what makes Keyrenter a great organization to be a part of.
Gabby Isturiz has a degree in Clinical Psychology and has over a decade of industry experience. She joined the Keyrenter Property Management team in 2016.
Prior to joining the executive team, Gabby worked as an Executive Assistant in various industries. Her love and passion for the Keyrenter model, culture, values, and the success of our Franchise Partners drives her to seek excellence in everything she does.
Gabby holds fast to her Venezuelan heritage, is bilingual, enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures. She firmly believes that “everyone has something interesting to say if you listen long enough”.

Darin is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He continued his studies at the University of Utah where he earned a Master of Business Administration.
Darin has held various positions in the franchising industry such as Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Development Officer. Darin is a member of the International Franchise Association and has received his designation as Certified Franchise Executive.
His experience in business strategy, sales, operations, marketing, finance, and accounting give him a unique and versatile set of business skills. He has executive, management, and consulting experience in various industries including franchising, print, automotive, business to business, and retail. He has developed a solid basis in business practices and a versatile view of business opportunities.
Darin has had the opportunity to serve in the United States Marine Corps, local elected/appointed governmental offices, various religious/community volunteer positions, and coaching youth athletics. He and his family have participated in a variety of activities including sports, performing arts, travel, outdoor activities, and community service. Darin and his wife Wendy have four children.
