Do These Business Model Features Appeal to You?
Business models have different benefits that appeal to different kinds of entrepreneurs. For instance, the restaurant industry is notoriously challenging because of competition, staffing challenges, and thin margins — but its fast pace and variety can also be fun for adrenaline-seeking folks who enjoy serving a big slice of the community any given day. For other people, those same features are a nightmare.
Recurring revenue streams
Management fees on long-term residential leases provide a steady source of income, providing a stable platform for continued revenue and income growth.
Recession-resistant business model
Housing is not a discretionary expense, and demand for rentals will always be a strong part of the housing market. Current trends in housing affordability only reinforce demand for rental housing.
Proven systems
Keyrenter has been in property management for over a decade, and has had time to test and prove technology and processes for running the business. Franchisees benefit from the experience of the Home Office as well as each other.
Strong reputation
Keyrenter stands out within the industry for its strong customer satisfaction. The existing reputation helps attract clients. The systems for customer success help you retain them.
Room to grab market share
Property management is a fragmented industry — there is no dominant player. That leaves an opening for a professionally run organization to establish itself as a local leader.
